"What appeals to you more? A personal trainer who knows what he is doing. OR one that is genuine and articulate. What if you could have both? "I can totally recommend Andrew.  He works very thorough and has full attention for injuries and even though he pushes you, he is very careful not to go beyond your limits. He is not the "I know it all" type but is eager to reach out to others to optimize the individual's workout. E.g. I have back issues. Andrew contacted my physical therapist and developed a great workout that helps me strengthen my core and build up muscle tissue around the injured part which significantly alleviates the pain, without ever jeopardizing my back itself.  Besides strength, he has a strong focus on core, balance and flexibility (stretches baby!). I would say a great balanced approach and a guy with a great attitude."
